Nobody want to be sad, but happiness is something that can be obtained, these ingredients will help you achieve happiness. Explain by the Hadith of Prophet Muhammed (PBUH).
Imam Tirmidhi narrated that the Prophet (PBUH) said: “Whoever spends the night safely in his place of sleep, is physically healthy, and who has sufficient sustenance for his day, it is as if he achieved the world in its entirety.”
This means that if one has enough food and a safe place to sleep, then he has achieved the best of the good things in this world. And many are those who are at this level in life but are thankless nonetheless:
Allah said to His Messenger Muhammad: I have completed My favour upon you…) (Qur’an 5:3)
After reading this verse, ask yourself, what blessing was complete for the Prophet? Was it material wealth? Or could it have been castles, mansions, gold, or silver? It is none of these blessings that Allah is referring to since the Prophet did possess none.
This great Prophet would sleep in a room made of mud with a roof made of branches of palm trees.
Sometimes hunger forced him to tie two stones around his stomach. His mattress was made of the leaves of a date palm tree, leaving its signs on his sides. He left his armour with a Jew as collateral for thirty measures of wheat until he would be able to back. He would go three days straight without finding so much as a rotten date to eat. pay him
The verse of the Qur’an reads: And indeed the Hereafter is better for you than the present [life of this world]. And verily, your Lord will give you [all i.e. good) so that you shall be well-pleased.) (Qur’an 93:4-5)
If the Prophet (PBUH) is said to be the happiest person in the world, not only that. He is the most successful person of all time. That means the definition of happiness will be altered a little. This means, money, mansion, gold, diamond, and all those stuff, can’t be acquired by everyone.
The rule for happiness I deducted here, is to stop being obsessed by the world or the riches in it. Be happy and thankful for what you have now. And you will achieve a stagnant among of happiness afterwards.
And Allah knows best.
